The details, kept simple.
Your personalized book
Every Little Lantern book is an original 24-page story, illustrated with the child (or children) you personalize: their first name, the look you choose and your message on the first page. The story text is written and edited by us; personalization changes the names, illustrations and dedication, not the plot. You can read every page in the preview before you buy. Please check all names and spelling carefully, because we print exactly what you enter.

Changes, problems and returns
Because each book is made just for you, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or we made a mistake, contact us within 30 days with your order reference and a photo, and we’ll reprint it or refund you. If you spot a typo you entered, contact us as soon as possible: we’ll do our best to catch it before printing. These terms don’t limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Photo characters
If you choose a photo character, you confirm you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and agree to the consent terms shown before upload. The original photo is deleted as soon as you approve the character (or after 7 days if you don’t). See our privacy policy for details.
Using your book
You must be 18 or older to order. Digital books are for your family’s personal use. By adding a message, you confirm you have the right to use its words.
